Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Karak invites electronic bids on a single stage single envelope basis for two municipal development projects in Karak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The first project involves construction of a solar based tube well at Mohalla Malak Javed village Hakim Khel with an estimated cost of 12.00 million rupees and bid security of 240,000 rupees. The second project is the construction of a community center at Ashiq Munir Khattak in Karak city opposite the police station with an estimated cost of 10.00 million rupees and bid security of 200,000 rupees. Both projects are to be completed as per respective work orders. Bidders must be well reputed and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant PEC specialization codes as mentioned in bidding documents. For community center works, CE-04 and Ct-10 certifications are required, while for solar based tube well works, CE-09 and EE-11 certifications are mandatory. Firms must demonstrate eligibility and qualification for the respective scheme for the year 2025-26.
Bidders are required to possess relevant PEC specialization codes and must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of TMO TMA Karak. Electronic bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal at eprocure.gov.pk. Prospective bidders shall upload scanned copies of bid security documents on E-PADS in PDF format, with original documents provided to the office of TMA Karak on or before bid submission. All bids must be submitted exclusively online through the E-PADS system at eprocure.gov.pk in accordance with instructions contained in the bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS portal at eprocure.gov.pk on or before 22 June 2026 at 1130 hours. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives at the office of TMA Karak. Notification of the GRC constituted as per Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004 will be provided on EPADS at eprocure.gov.pk.
