Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Baffa Pakhal, a municipal authority in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, invites electronic tenders for the supply and fabrication of solid waste management machinery funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement includes one unit of front end loader and back hoe, three units of 1.5 cubic meter mini tipper trucks, and two units of tractor trolleys, all to be fabricated as per specified technical requirements with chassis supplied by TMA. This tender aims to strengthen and modernize the solid waste management services in the region.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk, and possess valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC Registration with certified 3S facility covering sales, service, and spare parts availability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must submit original bid security equivalent to two percent of the total bid price in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Baffa Pakhal, sealed and delivered to the issuing office before the closing deadline. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, and KPRA taxes shall be borne by the successful bidder as per government regulations.
Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal on or before June 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:30 PM. The procuring entity will evaluate technical proposals for conformity with specifications and reject non-responsive bids. Financial bids of technically accepted proposals shall be opened publicly at a time and venue communicated later via email. Successful bidders must provide complete operational training to TMA staff. All rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids shall not be accepted.
