Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy District Education Officer W-EE Sialkot invites sealed tenders for the procurement of desktop computers and related equipment. The tender is for the purchase of desktop computer systems with an estimated contract value of Pakistani Rupees 50,00,000 (fifty lakhs). This procurement initiative is intended to meet the technology infrastructure requirements of the education department in Sialkot, Punjab. The scope includes supply, installation, and all related services as specified in the detailed bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound, and technically capable firms, suppliers, or manufacturers registered with both the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and the Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited for Sales Tax. Bidders are required to submit a bid security amounting to 2 percent of the estimated cost, equivalent to Pakistani Rupees 100,000, in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, or Demand Draft made payable to the Deputy District Education Officer W-EE Sialkot. The original bid security must be physically submitted at the designated office address no later than one hour before the closing time; failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. All prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, including General Sales Tax and Income Tax.
Interested bidders may download the complete bidding documents free of cost from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://Punjab eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System) platform at https://Punjab eprocure.gov.pk until 18-06-2026 by 03:00 PM. A single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure will be applied, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 04:00 PM through E-Pads in the presence of bidders. The procurement process will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The Deputy District Education Officer reserves the right to cancel the tender proceedings at any stage by providing reasons. All bidders must submit product samples if requested by the technical committee.
