Heavy Mechanical Complex invites sealed tenders on FOB Taxila and CFR Karachi basis from suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of nine categories of mechanical and industrial items. The tender notice HMC-27/2026 covers machining of steel parts, rubber seals, red oxide, wood, face mill cutters with mechanical drill bits, sodium silicate, magnesium chloride, thermocouples with extension wires, and replacement of damaged roofing material. The procurement is conducted from the Supply Chain Management Department located in Taxila, Punjab, with scope encompassing various quantities ranging from single lots to 120 metric tons of materials for the Heavy Mechanical Complex operations.
Suppliers must be duly registered with income tax and sales tax departments to be eligible for bidding. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for purchase from the Department of Supply Chain Management at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 1,500 payable through CDR or Pay Order in favor of HMC. Prospective bidders should review all technical specifications and case numbers outlined in the tender schedule before preparing their submissions.
Sealed tenders addressed to the Chief Financial Officer must be clearly marked with the tender number and submitted to the Tender Box in the Admin Block at HMC Taxila on or before 1400 hours on 18 June 2026, with opening scheduled at 1430 hours the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
