Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), Regional Headquarters (South) Malir Halt Karachi, invites e-bids for the deployment of GPON Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) network at various government sites across Quetta, Balochistan. The project encompasses laying of OFC feeder cables from Optical Line Terminal (OLT) to Fiber Distribution Hubs (FDHs) and optical distribution networks at multiple locations including Civil Secretariat, CM and Governor House, AG Office, Railway Accounts Academy, MSU Central and Allied Departments, BDA, Commissioner Office, Local Government Office, and Cantonment areas. The tender reference is DIR (DEV)-S/Advertisement/2025-26 with tender number 996-D (a)/2025-26/2, issued through the Electronic Procurement System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Detailed scope of work includes cable laying, network installation, testing and commissioning at all specified sites in Quetta.
Bidders must meet specified qualification criteria including technical capability, financial stability, and relevant experience in optical fiber network deployment. Interested contractors are required to submit bid security as per tender specifications and possess necessary licenses and certifications for telecommunications infrastructure work. Only responsive and qualified bidders shall be considered for evaluation. Commercial compliance statement and declaration of beneficial owners' information must be provided with bids.
