The Mardan Medical Complex Mardan in Mardan, KPK invites sealed bids for the Development of Green Belt at MTI-MMC/BKMC Mardan. The Hospital Director of this Medical Teaching Institution requests proposals from eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6. The procurement process will be conducted following the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the KPPRA Rules 2014. To qualify, interested firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, maintain an active taxpayer status, and be registered with the KP Revenue Authority. Bidders must submit a bid security of two percent of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque in favor of the Hospital Director. All bidding documents, terms, and conditions must be accessed and submitted electronically. Technical and financial bids must be successfully uploaded via the EPADS system on or before the deadline at 11:00 AM on 08 July 2026.
