The procurement scope features three separate item categories consisting of solved answer sheets, miscellaneous paper waste such as objective question papers or newspapers, and general packaging materials like cartons and fabric bags. Eligible participating entities must be actively registered with income tax and sales tax departments and appear on the active taxpayers list. Bidders are required to submit separate call deposit receipts as security matching each category, valued up to two million Rupees for primary items. Final proposals detailing accurate price per kilogram rates must be sent exclusively through registered post or courier to the Secretary's Personal Staff on or before 1:00 PM on 02 July 2026, with opening scheduled before present representatives on 07 July 2026
