The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore (1962) Ltd invites sealed bids for the provision and fabrication of G.I. choghats (galvanized iron frames) for windows, doors, and ventilators required for the renovation and maintenance of the Old Head Office building located in Model Town, Lahore, Punjab. This tender seeks qualified contractors and suppliers capable of delivering high-quality galvanized iron choghats that meet structural specifications and durability standards for institutional use. The project scope encompasses the design, fabrication, and installation of multiple window, door, and ventilator frames as per the architectural and engineering requirements of the heritage office building.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with relevant experience in metal fabrication and window/door installation work. Bidders are required to submit all necessary qualification documents, including business registration certificates, tax compliance records, and evidence of previous similar projects. A bid security deposit will be required from all participating bidders as per the tender conditions, and bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project title and bidder identification.

Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 17th June 2026 by 1:00 P.M. at the designated office address in Lahore.
