Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Power Development Company Limited invites proposals for furnishing of an office building at the residential colony of the 2.82 MW Pakpattan Hydro Power Plant in Punjab. This single stage one envelope bidding process seeks qualified suppliers to provide office furnishings and equipment as per detailed specifications outlined in the bidding document. The estimated bid price is PKR 750,000, and the scope of work covers the complete furnishing of the office facility at the Pakpattan HPP location. The procurement is being conducted by PPDCL, established under the Energy Department Government of Punjab, to support the operation and maintenance infrastructure of the hydro power facility.
Bidders must be technically responsive and submit technically sound proposals to qualify for financial evaluation. A bid security of PKR 37,500 (equivalent to 5% of the estimated bid price) is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft drawn in favor of Punjab Power Development Company Limited. The original bid security must be submitted physically before 12:30 PM on June 22, 2026. Equipment warranty must be for six months. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications mentioned in the request for proposal and submit complete, non-conditional proposals without ambiguities or discrepancies.
The complete application must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by June 22, 2026, at 12:30 PM. Bid documents are available for free download from PPDCL (www.ppdcl.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), or the EPADS portal. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of General Manager (P&C), Punjab Power Development Company Ltd., 2-A Zafar Ali Road, Gulberg V, Lahore.
