Description / Scope of Work
District Council Rawalpindi invites pre-qualification applications from well-reputed, financially sound and experienced contractors and firms registered on E-PADS for the fiscal year 2025-26. The notice covers five major rehabilitation and construction schemes in Rawalpindi district with a combined estimated cost of Rs. 1,656,426,000. The projects include the rehabilitation and construction of Link Road at Village Khasala (Rs. 399.8 million), a road from Flyover near Maira Village to Mouza Khasala (Rs. 399.953 million), an approach road from Main Adyala Road to Mouza Dhalla (Rs. 399.844 million), an approach road from Flyover towards Adyala Road (Rs. 395.829 million), and a Box Culvert at Village Khasala (Rs. 61 million). All projects are located in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Applicants must be registered contractors or firms on the E-PADS platform and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the pre-qualification documents. Bid security is required at five percent of the estimated cost for each scheme, ranging from Rs. 3.05 million to Rs. 19.9965 million depending on the project. The pre-qualification documents contain detailed terms and conditions, and applicants must submit all required information, credentials and certificates as specified. Incomplete or ambiguous submissions will not be considered, and the District Council reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules.
Pre-qualification documents can be downloaded free of cost from https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted through E-PADS by 19 June 2026 at 10:00 AM (PST), with opening scheduled for 12:00 PM (PST) on the same day in the presence of applicants or their representatives at the District Council Rawalpindi office.
