Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Hospital Muzaffargarh, operating under the Government of Punjab Health & Population Department, invites electronic bids through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) for a comprehensive framework contract covering 38 lots of essential medical supplies, equipment, and services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses pharmaceutical items, dialysis equipment, biomedical gases, X-ray films, dental supplies, general store items, bedding, stationery, computer equipment, surgical instruments, IT infrastructure, chemistry analyzers, serology consumables, hearing aids, homeopathic medicines, plants and machinery, furniture, transportation services, and maintenance contracts for dialysis RO plants and biomedical equipment. The total estimated budget for all lots ranges from 2 to 100 million Pakistani rupees, with the largest allocations for LP medicine and surgical disposables (100 million) and dialysis items and accessories (80 million).
All bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, hold a valid professional tax certificate for financial year 2026-27 from the Excise & Taxation Department, and be registered on the e-Procurement System (EPADS). Eligible suppliers, manufacturers, and firms engaged in trading must submit bids following the single stage two envelope procedure as outlined in PPR-2014 rule 38(2)(a). A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each lot must accompany electronic bids, with original security instruments in the form of CDR or pay order submitted physically prior to office closing on 19 June 2026 to the Medical Superintendent's office. Late bid securities will be rejected.
Bidders must submit complete electronic bids online at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk with a submission deadline of 19 June 2026 at 11:00 AM and bid opening scheduled for the same date at 12:00 PM. Bidding documents are available for immediate download from the website. DHQ Hospital Muzaffargarh assumes no responsibility for costs incurred by bidders in bid preparation or submission. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
