Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Shah Alam District Peshawar invites sealed tenders for four major infrastructure development works under the first bi-annual budget cycle of the financial year 2025-26. The tender reference is INF(P) 2710/26, and the cumulative estimated cost across all four projects exceeds Rs 236 million. The works include improvement of basic infrastructure, street lights, drinking water supply systems (DWSS), and allied infrastructure at multiple rural locations including Mamu Khatki, Jogani, Pajjagi, Hassan Ghari, Haryana, Kaniza, Takht-Abad, Larama, Ghari Fazilhaq, Darmangi, Palosi, and Babu Ghari in Peshawar and surrounding rural areas. These projects aim to enhance community amenities and service delivery across the district.
Eligible bidders must be government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Civil and Works Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bid security must be deposited as a call deposit at two percent of the estimated cost. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, and all bidders must comply with KPPRA Notification requirements regarding bid security and additional securities as specified under relevant notifications dated October 29, 2025 and May 10, 2022.
Bid solicitation documents are available for download from the EPADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS, with physical documents sent to the Office of the Assistant Director, Chamkani Mor Budhai Road, Peshawar via registered courier before the bid closing deadline. Electronic tender submission closes on June 22, 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM. The financial bid opening date will be communicated after technical bid approval. Online clarification ends on June 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids remain valid for 120 days from closing date.
