The In Eye Care Project invites sealed quotations for the supply of cataract surgery consumables required for ophthalmological operations. The tender covers four items: Phaco Knife 2.75 USA Made without side ports (4,400 units), Viscoelastic Gel in syringe form imported or local (5,500 units), 10/0 Nylon Sutures FSSB Germany (600 units), and Opsite imported or local (5,500 units). These are specialized medical consumables essential for cataract surgical procedures. The project is registered under the COAVS system and seeks qualified vendors with experience in supplying pharmaceutical and medical device consumables for eye care operations.
Prospective bidders must meet specific eligibility requirements to qualify. All quotations must include attached samples of the items being quoted, as approved samples will only be accepted for supply. Sales Tax Registered vendors are preferred. Bidders must include their NTN and STRN on all quotations submitted. All prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, and payment will be made through cross cheque only within fifteen days of delivery, subject to deduction of all applicable taxes and compliance with approved sample specifications.
