Supply of Split A/C Units and HVAC Equipment by NORI Cancer Hospital

NORI Cancer Hospital, located in Sector G-8/3, Islamabad, Federal Pakistan, invites sealed quotations for the supply of air conditioning and electrical equipment on FOR basis from security cleared, GST registered firms and suppliers included in the active taxpayer list of FBR. The tender comprises four items: Split A/C (Inverter) 1.5 Ton with specification available in Annexure-A (Qty 38); Split A/C (Inverter) 2.5 Ton as per tender document in Annexure-A (Qty 26); Split A/C 4.6 Ton for floor standing application with document at Annexure-B (Qty 61); and HVAC and Electrical/Power items with specification in tender documents at Annexures-C and D. The tender fee is 1,000 Pakistani Rupees, and the last date for submission of tender documents is 22 June 2026.

Bidders must be security cleared, GST registered, and included in the active taxpayer list of FBR. Tender documents are available for inspection and purchase from NORI Cancer Hospital, Hanna Road, Sector G-8/3, Islamabad during office hours from 0830 AM to 0400 PM on all working days, including Saturdays. The payment of non-refundable tender fee should be made via bank demand draft or pay order in the name of Head LAO, NPE, P.O. Box No. 3286, Islamabad. Queries related to tender documents must be raised by 01 July 2026; late queries will not be entertained.

Tender opening will be conducted on 06 July 2026 at 1200 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents who wish to attend. Tender documents can be obtained from the hospital office during working hours. Competent authority reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
