COMSATS University Islamabad, a public sector university, invites sealed bids for the supply of IT Equipment and IT Accessories through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal Management System using the Single-Stage Two-Envelope method. This procurement is open to all FBR-registered firms and companies on the Active Taxpayer List for General Sales Tax and Income Tax. The tender is advertised under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, for qualified suppliers seeking to provide comprehensive IT equipment and accessories to support the university's technological infrastructure and operational requirements in Islamabad, Federal Province.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for General Sales Tax and Income Tax of FBR and must possess a valid General Sales Tax registration. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 130,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Bank Draft payable to COMSATS University Islamabad (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9), which must be scanned and uploaded through EPADS along with a physical hard copy submitted at the tender office of COMSATS University Islamabad on the given address. Complete tender documentation must be obtained and submitted through the EPADS platform.
Interested bidders must register themselves on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit tender documents online. The closing date for bid submission is June 24, 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical bids to be opened half an hour after closing time in the presence of bidders in Room No. G-4-G-8, Ground Floor, Faculty Block-I, COMSATS University Islamabad. As per PPRA rules, COMSATS University Islamabad reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal.
