Description / Scope of Work
The Postmaster General (PMG), Central Punjab, Lahore invites sealed bids from financially sound Security Services Companies, Organizations, or Firms for the provision of security services to GPOs, Head and Sub-Post Offices in Central Punjab Circle Lahore covering districts of Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Nankana, Faisalabad, Jhang, Chiniot, T.T Singh, Sheikhupura, and Nankana for a period of one year with further extension possible on satisfactory performance. The contract scope encompasses comprehensive security guard deployment and related security services across multiple postal installations in the Punjab region. Bid security of Rs 100,000 must be submitted along with the financial bid. The scope and value represent a significant security services requirement for the postal department's operational facilities.
Service providers must be registered with the sales tax department holding a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), meeting all prescribed eligibility criteria and conditions. Tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and evaluation methodology are available from the office of the undersigned during office hours and through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) portal at eprocure.gov.pk and PPD's website at www.pakpost.gov.pk after payment of Rs 5,000 through ACG-67/PO at any Post Office. Only bids submitted through ePADS portal will be eligible for consideration.
Bids prepared in accordance with bidding document instructions may be uploaded through ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day with a minimum 30-minute interval after closing time at the Conference Room, Office of the Postmaster General, Central Punjab Circle Lahore in the presence of bidders' representatives. The Postmaster General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids wholly or partially without assigning reasons.
