Procurement of Heavy Duty Laser Printers by LESCO

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for the procurement of consumables for Heavy Duty Laser Printers, specifically Xerox Nuvera-157-EA and D-125 models. This tender is financed under LESCO's Local Funds and covers delivery to LESCO's stores at Chief (IT) 132-KV Ghazi Grid Station, Barki Road, Lahore, Punjab. The procurement process is being conducted to ensure efficient supply of essential office equipment consumables required for LESCO's operational needs.

Bidders must be pre-qualified suppliers, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or dealing firms registered with LESCO, DISCOs, NTDC, GENCOs, or with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bid security must be submitted in hard form to the Chief Engineer (Material Management) office. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents' instructions must be uploaded on the e-PADs portal. Comprehensive bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, complete specifications, drawings, procurement procedures, performance guarantees, and evaluation criteria are available.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from e-PADs portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk, as well as from PPRA and LESCO websites at www.ppra.org.pk and www.lesco.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted and opened through the e-PADs portal on the same day. The deadline for bid submission is 25 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same date.
