Description / Scope of Work
Islamia College, Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of four classrooms at the first floor in Islamia College for Girls, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated project cost is Rs. 11.4187 million, and the work will be executed as per the Work Order timeline. This invitation for bids is issued under IFB-No.26/2025-26 in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) on a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The scope encompasses full construction of classroom facilities at the designated educational institution in Peshawar.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), valid and updated registration with Federal Board of Revenue in both STRN and NTN, and valid updated registration with the Inspectorate of Electricity Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or call deposit in favour of the Treasurer, Islamia College, Peshawar. A tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) is required to be deposited in Bank of Khyber, University of Peshawar Branch before bid submission.
Tender documents can be obtained through the e-PADS portal at http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at Islamia College, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by 24 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the original call deposit receipt physically submitted or couriered to the Director of Works, Islamia College Peshawar on or before the same deadline. Bid opening will take place on 24 June 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Main Committee Room at Islamia College in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
