Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Civil Division invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of an additional room alongwith washroom and minor extension for conversion to F-type house at Bungalow No. A-1 in the IESCO Complex, Westridge, Rawalpindi, Federal. This civil works project has been allocated funds under the FY 2026-27 procurement plan and will be executed under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope approach using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique to select the most economical bidder.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria and requirements outlined in the tender documentation before submission.
Electronic bids prepared according to the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened using the EPADS v2.0 system. Bidders can access the complete bidding documents, specifications, terms and conditions on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
