Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Samundri, operating under the Health & Population Department of the Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of various items under 19 separate framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers a wide range of medical supplies and services including IT equipment, transportation, printing items, stationary, operating theatre items, cardiac supplies, physiotherapy equipment, medicines and surgical disposables, biomedical gases, oxygen accessories, linen items, X-ray films, laboratory consumables for biochemistry, hematology, serology and special chemistry, dental items, and minor civil repair works. The total estimated value of all framework contracts is approximately 59.3 million Pakistani Rupees, with individual contracts ranging from 0.5 million to 30 million rupees. The hospital is located in Samundri, Faisalabad, Punjab.
Bidders must be eligible as per the tender requirements, including registered pharmacies holding valid license form no. 9 and registered manufacturers or authorized sales and service dealers possessing valid NTN and GST/PRA registration. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each lot, to be submitted in the form of CDR, demand draft, or pay order in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Samundri. The bidding shall be conducted through E-Procurement using a Single Stage Two Envelope process as specified in Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014, and bid validity will be 120 days.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the EPADS portal at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. All technical and financial bids on a lot-wise basis must be uploaded through e-procurement before the closing date and time of 20 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives on 20 June 2026 at 11:30 AM.
