Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement) in Peshawar invites sealed bids from authorized firms, contractors and general order suppliers for transportation and destruction/disposal of seized and confiscated goods during the financial year 2025-26. The tender covers movement of seized goods from all State Warehouses and Anti-Smuggling Units of Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement) in Peshawar to designated destruction points located in Peshawar and DIK-Rata Kulachi. Transportation will utilize heavy goods vehicles, articulated lorries or large trailers for 40-foot and 20-foot containers, with destruction conducted under supervision of deputed customs staff. The scope includes ancillary services such as event management materials, sound systems, marquees, cameras, drones and related equipment for formal destruction ceremonies.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, maintain active status on KPRA records, and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue's active taxpayer list. A mandatory prerequisite requires that participants have previously worked with Pakistan Customs for transportation of goods or vehicles within the past three years. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions and specifications are available from the HQ General Branch at Custom House, Peshawar upon payment of Rs. 5,000 as a non-refundable fee in accordance with PPRA Rule 2004 section 23(5).
Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Assistant Collector (HQ), Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement) at Custom House, Peshawar on or before 20th June 2026 by 10:00 AM. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of participating bidders. This is a single-stage, single-envelope tender process.
