Description / Scope of Work
The Transport Department of Balochistan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply of electric buses equipped with electric chargers for feeder routes of green buses in Quetta, Balochistan. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure with tender reference TSE-2526061095281. The procurement shall be executed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 with a bid security requirement of 2 percent of the bid value in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must have completed assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at 400 million Pakistani Rupees or more in the previous three years, with a minimum turnover of 100 million PKR in subsequent previous years. Bidders must be included in the Active Tax Payer List and possess a valid Sales Tax Certificate. ISO certification under a similar scope of nature is mandatory. The bid security must accompany all bid submissions as specified above.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard by 22 June 2026 at 11:45 AM.
