Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad, a public sector university, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality equipment, 3D scanning technology, and Extended Reality based teaching and training laboratory setup. This single-stage two-envelope tender is open to income tax and GST registered firms and companies listed on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) platform at https://eprocure.gov.pk for establishing an advanced XR-based teaching and training facility at the university's campus in Islamabad.
Eligibility is restricted to qualified firms meeting FBR registration and ATL requirements. Bidders must be income tax registered and GST registered with the Federal Board of Revenue. A refundable bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a call deposit or bank draft is required, drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad with FTN/NTN: 9013701-9. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS, while the hard copy must be physically submitted along with sealed bidding documents on the closing date.

The bid submission deadline is June 25, 2026 at 1100 hours, with opening scheduled thirty minutes after closing time in Room No. G-6/G-8, Ground Floor, Faculty Block-I.
