Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the lease of GE90-115B and GE90-94B engines for its B777 fleet. This is an international competitive bidding opportunity conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Pakistan Public Procurement Rules 2004. The lease arrangement will support PIACL's operational requirements in Sindh province and across Pakistan's aviation sector. The procurement is open to all potential bidders meeting eligibility criteria and regulatory requirements established by the Authority.
Bidders must meet mandatory eligibility requirements and possess appropriate certifications and experience in aircraft engine leasing operations. Prospective suppliers should ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority. A bid security will be required as per the tender document specifications, and bidders must demonstrate technical and financial capability to fulfill the lease obligations.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 1030 hours on 06-07-2026 (Pakistan Standard Time). Bid documents are available through official procurement channels and can be obtained by interested parties prior to submission. Bids will be opened through EPADS at 1100 hours on 06-07-2026. Tender reference GMCM/GE90/LEASE/06/2026 should be cited in all correspondence.
