COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of Hino Bus Body bearing registration number LEJ-18-1439. The procurement is classified as repair and maintenance services to be executed on a turnkey basis at the university's Defence Road campus, off Raiwind Road, Lahore, Punjab. This is an open competitive bidding tender under single stage one envelope procedure with submissions required through PPRA EPADS portal. The successful bidder must deliver the completed work within 30 days of purchase order issuance, with the project expected to be completed to the entire satisfaction of the procuring university.
Eligibility is restricted to registered suppliers who maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List for both GST and income tax purposes. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500 and bid security (earnest money) of Rs. 25,000 in the form of bank deposits, crossed cheques, or call deposit receipts made payable to COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus. Scanned copies of these financial instruments must be uploaded with the bid submission, though original documents must be physically submitted before the tender closing time. Bid validity is 90 days from the closing date, and vendors must provide an affidavit confirming they are neither blacklisted nor involved in litigation with the procuring agency.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA EPADS platform by 1400 hours on June 22, 2026, with opening to occur 30 minutes thereafter. Bidders should email scanned tender fee and earnest money drafts to asifullah@cuilahore.edu.pk, mshahid@cuilahore.edu.pk, and sumairamunir@cuilahore.edu.pk. All pages of bid documents must be signed and stamped by the bidder; unsigned or unstamped bids will face rejection. The bid proposal should be quoted on F.O.R basis in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes and freight charges for delivery at the Lahore Campus premises. Late delivery will incur penalties of 1 percent daily, up to a maximum of 10 percent, after which the purchase order may be cancelled and earnest money forfeited.
