The Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital (GINUM) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers and proprietors for the procurement of assorted stationery and cleaning items along with tyres. This tender notice GNM-116/25-26(75) is issued on a FOR Gujranwala basis, with complete detailed specifications and item descriptions to be provided in the tender documents. Eligible bidders must possess valid GST registration and maintain their own business premises with telephone facilities. Prospective bidders are required to deposit earnest money equivalent to two percent of their quoted value in the form of a Deposit at Call in favour of the Accounts Officer, GINUM. The tender validity period must be maintained for ninety days. Tenders submitted without the mandatory earnest money deposit will be summarily rejected. Tender documents can be obtained upon submission of documentary evidence and a written request addressed to the Administrator GINUM against payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) through Deposit-at-Call or Pay Order in favour of the Accounts Officer. The deadline for tender submission is 23 June 2026 at 1200 hours, with public opening scheduled for the same day at 1230 hours. Interested bidders may attend the opening ceremony.
