Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan is seeking an individual consultant to conduct a Social Cohesion Impact Assessment. This is an individual contractor position (IC) managed through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system. The assignment is based in Pakistan and carries reference number UNDP-PAK-01633 (UNDP-IC-2026-141). The consultant will be responsible for assessing the impact of social cohesion initiatives, with the engagement period spanning from 1st July 2026 to 31st August 2026, comprising 20 working days of deliverables. This assignment addresses critical development priorities aligned with UNDP's mandate to strengthen social fabric and community resilience across the country.
Prospective consultants must be registered in the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system to submit bids. Interested individuals should first create or access their supplier profile through the portal at http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org. Applicants who have not previously registered can do so by following the supplier registration link provided in the procurement notice and reviewing the guidance materials available on the UNDP procurement website. No new profile should be created if an existing registration is available; applicants should use the forgotten password feature if credentials are not remembered. Clarification requests must be submitted in writing via the portal's messaging functionality, and UNDP will respond in writing without revealing the source of inquiry.
Proposals must be submitted directly through the UNDP Quantum portal no later than 22 June 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time. Interested bidders are encouraged to indicate their intent to submit a bid by creating a draft response in the system, which will enable receipt of notifications regarding any amendments to tender requirements.
