Description / Scope of Work
National Telecommunication Corporation invites sealed bids for the procurement of Long Haul Core Transmission Network Equipment for NTC on Turnkey DDP Site Basis under tender reference HQ-ADV-29/2025-26. The procurement is for Turnkey Delivery Paid (DDP) site base setup and installation, with the scope and project value specified in the original tender notice. The equipment will be deployed at NTC facilities in Islamabad, Federal Province, as part of the corporation's network infrastructure expansion and modernisation programme.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as stipulated in the tender documents, including possession of relevant technical qualifications and financial capacity to execute the contract. Bid security and performance guarantees shall be required as per standard procurement terms and conditions. Bid documents were originally available from the 8th February 2026 tender notice published in The News and Express newspapers and on the PPRA website. The original submission deadline was extended to 10th June 2026 through EPACS; the final extended deadline for bid submission and opening is now 7th July 2026.
