Description / Scope of Work
Khyber College of Dentistry (MTI), Peshawar invites electronic bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for procurement of multiple items and services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses twenty-one categories of goods and services including minor equipment, IT equipment and computer accessories, dental materials, drugs and anesthesia (Isoflurane, Sevoflurane and dental cartridges), laboratory chemicals, dental minor instruments, surgical gloves, disposables, X-ray films, medical gas cylinder refilling, building hardware items, electrical items, sanitary items, dressing and cotton, bedding clothing, office stationery, cat guts, spirit, uniforms and liveries, washing items, office furniture, and medicines and drugs. The total estimated value spans multiple bid securities ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,000,000 across different categories. This procurement is being conducted in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province under a single-stage single-envelope bidding process.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, reflected on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR, and registered with EPADS to participate. Bid security or earnest money must be submitted from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Dean Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar. A scan copy of the bid security must be attached with bids on EPADS, and bids without earnest money will not be entertained. Original CDR or bid security documents must be submitted to the office of the Assistant Manager Purchase & Procurement KCD, Peshawar by the closing deadline.
The complete bid solicitation document can be downloaded from EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication. Interested bidders must submit bids by uploading scan copies on EPADS on or before June 30th, 2026 till 11:00 AM (PST), uploading all relevant and mandatory documents. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (PST). Procurements will be carried out as per Act and Rules of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA). Bids received through hand delivery, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. The tender documents are available on KCD website (www.kcd.edu.pk/download/Tenderdocuments) and KP-PPRA website (http://kppra.gov.pk). KCD reserves the right to cancel any or all e-bids under Rule 47 of KP-PPRA.
