The PHE Department (Kohat Division), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through e-PADS for eight separate civil and electromechanical works packages involving annual maintenance and repair of existing water supply schemes under Public Health Engineering Sub Divisions in Kohat. The tender encompasses works in Kohat TSD, Lacchi Tehsil, and Dara Adam Khel with an aggregate estimated cost ranging from 1.815 million to 6.260 million rupees across various packages. Each work item is valued individually with engineer's estimated costs clearly defined for budgeting purposes. The projects are located in Kohat Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and aim to ensure continued functionality and reliability of critical water supply infrastructure serving public health engineering objectives.
All bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization, with valid certificates of enlistment from Provincial Works Departments. Bidders must demonstrate adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personal capabilities, and required equipment as detailed in the invitation to tender document. Bid security at two percent of the engineer's estimated cost must be submitted with each bid. The tender form fee is non-refundable at 0.03 percent of the engineer's estimated cost. Contractors from adjoining districts and local areas may participate with preference given to those having workshops in the same district.
Bid solicitation documents including bills of quantity can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA portal (kppra.gov.pk). Bidders must submit bids electronically through EPADS before 23 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 2:00 PM. Physical bid security and tender form fees must be deposited in the office of the undersigned through registered post or courier. All clarifications and queries should be directed through EPADS.
