The Public Health Engineering Division Swat-I, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors specializing in civil engineering works (CE-09 code) for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across multiple northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project encompasses four distinct contracts covering street pavement and drain construction in villages across Chitral Lower, Chitral Upper, Swat, Dir Lower, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan, KohistanLower, Battagram, Mansehra, Torghar and Abbottabad districts. The total estimated cost ranges from Rs 29.67 million to Rs 31.48 million across individual contracts, with earnest money requirements between Rs 633,500 and Rs 670,000.
Eligible bidders must hold specialization code CE-09 in accordance with KPPRA rules 2014 and be registered with KP Revenue Authority in active status. Bid security, additional security and detailed rate analysis (if quoted rate exceeds 20% of engineer's estimate) must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022. Financial bids shall be submitted both physically and online through EPADS, while technical bids must be submitted exclusively online. All documents must be legible to avoid rejection as non-responsive.
Bidding documents are obtainable from the office of the undersigned one day before submission date and time for Rs 2,000 per set (non-refundable) on written request. Bids must be submitted through http://eprocure.gov.pk by 11.00 AM on 11-08-2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11.30 AM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives, with financial bids of technically qualified bidders opened subsequently on approval from the competent authority.
