Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Northern KPK Districts

The Public Health Engineering Division SWAT-I invites electronic bids from eligible government registered firms and contractors specializing in code CE-09 for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across multiple northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project encompasses two main components: street pavement and drainage work in village Kokarai and associated areas with an estimated cost of Rs. 15.90 million, and water supply schemes for improvement and extension in Parrai valued at Rs. 4.91 million. The works cover numerous locations including Chitral Upper, Swat, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan Upper, Kohistan Lower, Battagram, Mansehra, Torghar, Abbottabad, Kolai Pallas and Haripur under ADP reference 176/251120. Bidders must submit their bids through the electronic procurement platform ePADS in accordance with KPPRA rules 2014 following a single stage single envelope procedure. Government registered contractors holding specialization code CE-09 are eligible to participate. Bid security, additional security and detailed rate analysis documentation must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14) dated 10-05-2022, with all submissions made in sealed envelopes before the closing date and time. Bids should be submitted through http://eprocure.gov.pk with opening scheduled for 07-08-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of government contractors or their authorized representatives. Contractors must maintain active registration status with the KP Revenue Authority throughout the bidding process.
