The Public Health Engineering Division DIKhan invites technical and financial proposals through E-PADS for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across DIKhan District. The tender covers 16 separate schemes under the Annual Development Programme (ADP) 250920 for the 2025-26 fiscal year, to be executed by prequalified contractors. The scope includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar-based pumping machineries for all schemes across the district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Bidders must submit a double envelope comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible firms must be prequalified through PHE Department requirements. Bid security as per KPPRA updated rules must be enclosed in the financial proposal envelope. The tender is open to all qualified contractors meeting the stipulated conditions and possessing relevant registration, CNIC, PEC registration certificate, renewal receipt, enlistment certificate, and active taxpayer status with FBR.
Bid documents can be obtained from the undersigned office or E-PADS system on any working day before the submission deadline. Financial bids will be opened one hour after technical bid closure on 14.08.2026 at 12:00 noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Tender fee of 0.03% on bid cost as CDR must be submitted separately. All terms, conditions and rates shall follow KPPRA rules, PEC standards, SBDs and relevant government laws. Bidders failing to meet specified conditions or submit incomplete documents shall be liable to rejection and disciplinary action.
