Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division invites sealed bids for the provision of a petrol or CNG Suzuki Van along with a driver and box porters for pooling crews from Loco Shed Rawalpindi to Railway station Rawalpindi and back. This tender is for the financial year 2026 to 2027, covering the period from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027. The service is essential for operational support at Rawalpindi Railway station and the associated loco shed facilities in Punjab. This is a single stage single envelope tender issued under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Only approved contractors, suppliers, authorized distributors, and manufacturers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments as Active Tax Payers (ATP) with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to participate. Bid security of 2 percent is required from all bidders. All bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), and no other submission method will be accepted. Physical copies of bid security must be deposited in the tender box at the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi, alongside the scanned tender documents uploaded in EPADS.

Bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions provided in the bidding documents and submitted on EPADS by 23rd June 2026 at 11:30 AM.
