Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad, a Public Sector University, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of IT equipment and IT accessories. The procurement is being conducted under reference CUI-Proc/(TN-732/06/2026) on a Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding method. The tender is open to income tax and GST registered firms and companies that are listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The bid security required is Rs. 130,000 in the form of a refundable call deposit or bank draft drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9), with both scanned and hard copies to be submitted through EPADS and physically respectively.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and must maintain active status on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List for both General Sales Tax and Income Tax. All bidders are required to submit their tender documents electronically through the EPADS system. The bid security in the required form must accompany the physical submission of sealed bidding documents. Tender documents must be submitted electronically through EPADS by June 24, 2026 at 1100 hours. The technical bids will be opened thirty minutes after the closing time in the presence of bidders who wish to attend, at Room No. G-6/G-8, Ground Floor, Faculty Block-I, COMSATS University Islamabad.
