Description / Scope of Work
The Mansehra Irrigation Division invites sealed competitive bids on a single stage single envelope basis for the construction of 359 solar based irrigation tube wells across multiple locations in Mansehra District and adjacent areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is issued under EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Distribution System) with valid registration and Operational Password required. The project encompasses installation of solar bound irrigation tubes at various sites including Shinkiari, Balakot, Thalian Syedan, and Kona areas within Mansehra and neighbouring districts. The estimated cost of works is contingent on detailed scope specifications outlined in tender documents, with works to be completed within prescribed time limits as detailed in the bid schedule.
Bidders must be duly registered with relevant engineering and contracting regulatory bodies as specified by KPPRA regulations. All participating contractors are required to submit bid security and earnest money as outlined in tender conditions, with mandatory submission of audited financial statements, GST certificates, and valid NTN documentation. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Works Department and availability of requisite technical staff shall be verified prior to bid evaluation. Electronic bidding shall be conducted via EPADS without physical document submission unless specifically required for technical clarification.
Complete tender documents and detailed specifications are available through EPADS portal and official KPPRA website for download by registered bidders. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by the deadline of 26 June 2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Mansehra Irrigation Division. Bid opening shall occur at the same venue on the working day following closure. Contractor compliance with all KPPRA requirements, PEC registration, insurance documentation, and tender conditions is mandatory for consideration.
