Islamabad Police Logistics invites sealed bids from reputed firms and vendors with active National Tax Number and STRN registration for the procurement of tyres, tubes, batteries and filters including oil, air and fuel for the MT Fleet during the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued by the Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, under the Islamabad Capital Territory Police, and bidding documents are available on the E-PADS system at no cost. The procurement covers essential automotive consumables and maintenance items required for the operation of the motor transport fleet serving law enforcement operations across Islamabad.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS and all proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bank draft or CDR made in the name of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad. Only sealed bids received from firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS will be accepted. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids and proposals online through EPADS at https://epads.ppra.org.pk and must also submit hardcopies to the General Branch office of AIG Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad, before the tender opening scheduled for June 29, 2026 at 11:00 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
