The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Banda Daud Shah District Karak invites electronic tenders through the EPADS portal for the purchase of solid waste machinery under a single stage two envelope procurement method in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. The project encompasses fabrication and supply of three key items: one front-end loader with back hoe as per specifications, two mini tippers of 1-1.5 cubic meter capacity, and two tractor trolleys. The chassis for the work shall be supplied by TMA. This procurement initiative is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and aims to enhance solid waste management capabilities in the Banda Daud Shah district of Karak.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPADS link at https://sp.eprocure.gov.pk/supplier/registration and possess valid NTN, GST registration, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility certification (sale, service and spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders should be well-reputed manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers or firms with demonstrated experience. A bid security of two percent (2%) of the total bid price must be submitted in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO Banda Daud Shah. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes and stamp duties shall be borne by the bidder as per government rules.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same day. Interested bidders should download specifications and detailed requirements from the EPADS platform. All rates should be quoted on FOB basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or manually submitted bids shall not be entertained. Purchase orders remain subject to fund release. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules.
