Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the procurement of NIV Lab Kits under Tender No 2583070/R-2512/380336/A dated 27 November 2025. This tender is issued through the Bahria Gate located in the Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad, Federal Province. Eligible firms must be registered with DGDP (Defence Grading and Dealing Panel) or qualify as alternative registered entities. The invitation to tender was published on 27 November 2025 with an IT opening date of 24 June 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing three separate sealed sub-envelopes: Envelope 1 for technical offer in duplicate with all prescribed compliance documents, Envelope 2 for earnest money only, and Envelope 3 for the commercial offer with pricing.
