Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the procurement of NIV Lab Kits under Tender No 2583070/R-2512/380336/A dated 27 November 2025. This tender is issued through the Bahria Gate located in the Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad, Federal Province. The detailed tender covering form specifies the complete procurement requirements, technical specifications, and submission procedures for eligible bidders seeking to supply laboratory kits to the naval procurement authority.
Eligible firms must be registered with DGDP (Defence Grading and Dealing Panel) or qualify as alternative registered entities. Bidders are required to submit proof of earnest money with appropriate bank challans; DGDP registered firms must submit a bank challan of Rs. 200, while all other firms must submit Rs. 300 in favor of CMA(DP). The invitation to tender was published on 27 November 2025 with an IT opening date of 24 June 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing three separate sealed sub-envelopes: Envelope 1 for technical offer in duplicate with all prescribed compliance documents, Envelope 2 for earnest money only, and Envelope 3 for the commercial offer with pricing.
