The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the procurement of NIV Lab Kits under Tender No 2583071/R-2512/380337/A dated 27 November 2025. This tender is issued by the Naval procurement authority located at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) through Bahria Gate, near SNID Center, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad in the Federal territory. The tender encompasses the supply and delivery of NIV laboratory kits required by the Pakistan Navy for medical and diagnostic purposes. DGDP registered firms are required to submit a bank challan of Rs. 200, while all other firms must submit Rs. 300 in favor of CMA(DP). Earnest money proof must be submitted with the technical offer, and all proposals must be accompanied by duly completed DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3 forms with appropriate compliance remarks and signatures as specified in the tender requirements.
Bid documents should be prepared in three separate sealed envelopes containing the technical offer in duplicate with all mandatory annexures, earnest money deposit, and commercial offer with pricing details. The technical tender opening is scheduled for 24 June 2026.
