Description / Scope of Work
The Local Purchase Division of the Pakistan Navy invites sealed tenders for the supply of specialized marine equipment and consumables including pressure generators, high-pressure regulators, and silica gel desiccant materials. This tender is issued in Sindh province and encompasses multiple line items with varying quantities and technical specifications. The procurement includes three main items: a 4.5–5.5 litre capacity pressure generator with pressure gauge and filter system compatible with models from Gloria Germany or Turbomeca France; an S2500 GP single-stage regulator for oxygen and inert gas with inlet pressure specifications of 300 bar and outlet pressure of 172 bar; and silica gel desiccant in 15-kilogramme quantities. All firms, whether registered or unregistered, are required to submit tender fees of Pakistani Rupees 500 per quotation as a non-refundable bank draft, pay order, crossed cheque, or online transfer to the PN Nonpublic Fund LP Division IT Fund Account (PK04 MEZN 0001 7001 0321 0586). Unregistered firms must additionally provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 5 percent of the purchase order value in the form of a bank draft or pay order valid for six months. Registered firms are exempt from the performance guarantee requirement. Lab testing charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the supplying firm. Standard delivery times are 15 days for locally available items and 45 days for imported items.
