Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply and provision of NIV Lab Kits. This tender, referenced as TENDER NO 2583073/R-2512/380339/A dated 27 November 2025, is being conducted for procurement operations under the Naval Residential Complex in Islamabad, Federal Province. The tender encompasses the complete supply of laboratory kits required for NIV testing purposes, with submission instructions provided through the Bahria Gate, Near SNID Center, E-8, Islamabad. Interested vendors must comply with all technical and commercial requirements as outlined in the tender documents.
Bidding firms must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities, including DRAP registration and license to sell medicines as applicable. The earnest money requirement is Rs. 200 for firms registered with DGDP and Rs. 300 for all other firms, payable through bank challan in favor of CMA(DP). Bidders must submit manufacturer's documents including authority letters, manufacturing licenses, and brand registration where applicable. Tax filing proof or audit report must accompany the technical offer. All technical documentation including DP-1, DP-2, DP-3 forms with duly filled annexes and compliance remarks are mandatory requirements.
Tenders must be submitted in three sealed envelopes containing the technical offer in duplicate, earnest money, and commercial offer respectively. The technical offer envelope must include all supporting documents, certificates, and compliance statements flagged and checked. Sealed Envelope 3 containing the commercial offer must include the commercial offer on firm letterhead, manufacturer price list, and duly filled DP-2 form with pricing. The tender will open on 24th June 2026.
