Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply of NIV Lab Kits. This procurement is being conducted through the Bahria Gate office located at the Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad, Federal Province. The tender reference number is 2583074/R-2512/380340/A dated 27 November 2025. Interested vendors are required to submit their sealed bids containing technical specifications, earnest money, and commercial offers in three separate sealed envelopes as per the detailed instructions provided in the tender covering form.
Eligible firms must possess valid DRAP registration and license to sell medicines as applicable to the nature of products supplied. For firms manufacturing the products, Authority Letters, Manufacturing licenses, and brand registration documents are mandatory. DGDP registered firms are required to submit proof of registration, while all firms must provide Tax Filing Proof or Audit Report. The bank challan fee is Rs. 200 for DGDP registered firms and Rs. 300 for all other firms payable to CMA(DP). Earnest Money proof must be provided with the bid submission, and all documentation must be duly flagged and marked as per compliance requirements outlined in the tender conditions.
Technical bids must be submitted in duplicate (one original and one copy) containing completed DP-1 and DP-2 forms with compliance remarks, Annex A duly filled and signed, manufacturer's documents including price lists, and DP-3 forms. Commercial offers must be submitted separately containing the Commercial Offer on firm letterhead as per Annex-A format of DP-2 along with duly filled pricing schedules.
