Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration Battagram, KPK, is inviting e-tenders for the fabrication of solid waste management machinery under single stage two envelope method as per KPPRA Rules. The procurement scope includes fabrication of one front end loader and back hoe of 85HP 4WD capacity, two tractor trolleys of 65HP 2WD capacity, and two mini tippers of 1200 CC capacity. All machinery shall be fabricated complete in all respects as per specified technical requirements. The chassis for the work shall be supplied by TMA Battagram. This procurement supports strengthening of solid waste management services in Battagram district.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD portal and possess valid and renewed PEC Registration, GST, and NTN certificates with 3S facility status. A two percent bid security deposit of the total bid price must be submitted as CDR in the name of TMO TMA BATTAGRAM sealed in a separate envelope. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties as per Government Rules shall be applicable. Incomplete, conditional, late submitted or manual bids shall not be entertained or accepted.
Interested bidders must register on EPAD link https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit electronic bids on or before June 30, 2026 at 02:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM. All rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. Bid documents must be submitted through EPAD only. The successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to TMA staff. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules.
