Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Drosh invites sealed bids for the supply and fabrication of three categories of equipment under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA Rules. The procurement includes two numbers of Mini Tipper/Dumper units of 1.5 cubic meter capacity with chassis to be provided by TMA Drosh, two numbers of Hydraulic Tipping Trolley units with 5 ton pentile hook and sunshade complete in all respects, and one number of front end loader with back hoe and sun shed complete in all specifications. All items are required for delivery to the TMA Drosh Office in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The scope encompasses complete supply, fabrication, and installation as per technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents.
Bidders must be registered and eligible under KPPRA regulations. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be submitted at the TMA office along with the application. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through the KPPRA e-Procurement system by 12:00 PM on 26th June 2026. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from TMO or TMA Drosh is mandatory and must be presented at the time of bid opening. All applicable government taxes shall be deducted as per rules. Incomplete, conditional, or telegraphic bids will not be entertained.
Bidding documents and detailed technical specifications are available for download from the EPADS portal. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Rates must be quoted strictly according to the terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents, with delivery to the TMA Drosh Office. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids with cogent reasons as per KPPRA Rules.
