Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Chitral invites sealed bids for the supply and fabrication of three categories of specialized equipment under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure compliant with KPPRA Rules. The procurement includes two numbers each of mini tipper dumpers with 1.5 cubic metre capacity (chassis provided by TMA Chitral), hydraulic tipping trolleys of five ton capacity complete with pentle hook and sunshade, and front end loaders with back hoe and complete sun shed attachments. All items must be supplied and delivered to the TMA Chitral office in Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This is a significant equipment acquisition aimed at enhancing municipal service delivery capabilities in the Chitral region.
Interested bidders must be registered and compliant with all applicable government regulations. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 is required at the time of application submission to the TMA office. Bidding documents require submission through the KPPRA e-Procurement (EPADS) portal, with bid security fixed at 02 percent of the total bid amount to be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of TMO TMA Chitral in hard copy at the time of bid opening. All applicable taxes must be deducted as per government rules, and bids must quote delivery rates specifically for the TMA Chitral Office location.
Technical specifications and detailed evaluation criteria are available for download from the EPADS portal. Complete bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on or before 25 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Incomplete, conditional, or telegraphic bids will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids with cogent reasons as per KPPRA Rules. Bidders are strictly required to follow all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
