Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration Landikotal, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors and firms for the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Khyber (ASDI) covering thirteen sub-schemes related to solar-based tube wells, water supply lines, boundary walls, and overhead tanks across multiple locations in Landikotal District Khyber. The cumulative project value spans multiple schemes ranging from 12.79 million to 32.65 million rupees, with a combined estimated cost of approximately 400 million rupees. These schemes aim to provide sustainable water infrastructure to underserved communities throughout the district.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and must hold specialized codes as specified in the tender documents. Bidders are required to submit two percent earnest money as original call deposit in the name of TMA Landikotal District Khyber from a scheduled bank, along with CNIC copies, KPPRA registration certificates, and copies of Pakistan Engineering Council registration valid for 2025-26. Bid security and additional security requirements are outlined in the KPPRA notification referenced, and only firms enlisted with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority per KPPRA rules are eligible to submit proposals.
Bid documents are available through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit complete bid solicitation documents including technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes via registered courier before 30 June 2026 at 12:00 PM to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Landikotal District Khyber. Technical bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same date, with financial bid opening scheduled after technical evaluation.
