Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Headquarters in Islamabad invites Request for Information (RFI) from eligible firms and vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. This RFI (Reference No. NADRA-HQ-RFI-02/2026) seeks information regarding the implementation of data modeling and semantic layer for a Teradata data warehouse. The objective of this request for information is to gather comprehensive market information, technical capabilities, service options, and budgetary inputs to assist NADRA in planning a future procurement process for this critical data infrastructure initiative at the federal level in Islamabad.
Eligible participants must be registered firms or vendors with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) maintained by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Participants are required to submit their responses manually by the specified deadline. This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering purposes and does not constitute a commitment or obligation on the part of NADRA to initiate any tender, bidding, or procurement process. NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
Submissions must be made manually with the last date and time for submission being 17th June 2026 at 11:00 AM. The submission process and evaluation will be handled by NADRA's Procurement Department in accordance with standard procurement guidelines and government regulations.
