The Government Trauma Centre Lalamusa invites bids for the auction of tuck shop/main canteen/cafeteria and parking services for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference IPL-5864. Two separate services are being auctioned: Canteen/Tuck Shop with a reserved price of Rs. 365925 and Parking Services with a reserved price of Rs. 359625. The earnest money deposit required is Rs. 150000 for each tender. The auction will be held at the Government Trauma Centre in Lalamusa, Punjab on 30th June 2026 at 11:30 AM. Interested bidders must submit their bidding documents in the office of Medical Superintendent, Government Trauma Centre Lalamusa, with the last date for buying and submitting tenders being 29th June 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Bidders must be active tax payers with valid NTN/STRN numbers and possess a valid CDR (Computerized National Identity Card). Without proper CDR, tender receipt, and original CNIC, no bidder shall be allowed to participate in the auction process. Persons declared by government as semi-govt employees are not eligible to take part. The contract period commences upon signing and expires on 30th June 2027. A quarterly payment schedule applies with the first installment due within two weeks of contract issuance, and late payments attract 5% per annum fine.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of Medical Superintendent during office hours (09:00 AM to 02:00 PM). The contractor must comply with Punjab Food Authority regulations, maintain cleanliness standards, and dispose of waste at hospital-designated locations. All canteen staff must provide valid police verification and medical fitness certificates. The Hospital Administration retains the right to reject any offer.
