DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad Faisalabad invite e-Pad bids on a framework contract for the supply of X-Ray Film for the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated cost of this procurement is 8 million Pakistani Rupees, with the tender being conducted through the Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADs). This is a medical supplies procurement for two government healthcare facilities operating in Faisalabad, Punjab, aimed at ensuring continuous availability of radiological imaging materials for diagnostic purposes.
All potential bidders must be well-reputed firms registered on E-PADs in relevant categories. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (0.16 million Rupees) in the form of a CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order drawn in favor of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad. Successful bidders will be required to provide a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the total contract value in similar financial instruments. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids shall be rejected, and all item rates must be inclusive of Government taxes.

Bidders must submit their e-bids through E-PADs by 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
